At *Beyond Trends*, we carefully pack every order and deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

### Order Processing

* Orders are normally processed within *1–3 business days* after confirmation.
* Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
* Customised or made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

### Delivery Time

* Most orders are delivered within *4–8 business days* after dispatch.
* Remote locations may require *7–12 business days*.
* Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

### Shipping Charges

* Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed on the product page or during checkout.
* Free shipping applies only to products or promotions specifically marked as *Free Shipping*.
* Cash on Delivery availability and applicable charges will be shown at checkout.

### Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

### Correct Delivery Details

Customers must provide a complete address, correct PIN code, and active phone number. Beyond Trends will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated delivery failure, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

### Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please do not accept a parcel if the outer packaging appears opened or severely damaged. Record a clear, continuous *parcel-opening video*, as it is required for damage, missing-item, or incorrect-product claims.

Any issue must be reported within *7 days of delivery* through WhatsApp.
