Easy 7-Day Return & Replacement

At Beyond Trends, your satisfaction matters. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify:
Record a clear, continuous parcel-opening video from before opening the package.
Contact us within 7 days with your order number, video, and product photos.
Return the item unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.
All original tags, packaging, accessories, and complimentary items must be included.
Please note:
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, colour preference, or an incorrectly selected size.
Minor colour differences caused by lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
Products without tags or showing signs of use, washing, stitching, alteration, stains, or damage will not be accepted.
Natural weaving or colour variations in handcrafted products are not considered defects.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund. If the same product is unavailable, you may select another item of equal value or receive a refund.

Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
